Venice in the Spring Workshop
May 25th – June 1st – 2017
Join us as we explore Venice, the colours, the architecture and the history. We will follow the canals, the multitude of alleys and explore the back streets and small squares in search of fabulous light, colour, architecture and ambience.
Tour cost* = $1700 cdn., 8 days/7 nights in Venice, single accommodation.
What level of photographic skills should I have in order to attend one of your workshops?
This photographic workshop is open to all levels of photographers with the sessions designed to allow for a significant amount of one-on-one instruction to help you improve your photographic understanding and image taking capabilities. The class sizes are purposely kept small to allow for extensive individual instruction.
It would be helpful if you are familiar with your camera and with its different functions/menu options etc. though we will certainly have time to go over these materials while in Venice as explore this beautiful city.
Please consider that any digital photographic cameras are acceptable but you will certainly have the most control and photographic freedom if you come to the workshops with advanced compact cameras or digital SLR’s (dSLR) and a variety of lenses. You will have great success with the ‘kit’ lenses. If you wish to bring a greater selection of lenses, whether primes or zooms, wide angle, telephoto -the more creative choices and options you will have.
